Clare Uniting Church is a welcoming, multi-generational Church Family, providing both traditional and contemporary worship services. It is a Church which seeks to glorify God through Biblical preaching, Christ-centred worship and Community Ministry.

There is a vibrant children’s and youth ministry as well as dedicated members who meet regularly in home groups. The church premises are widely used by community-based organisations.

Worship Times

8.15am A traditional service, including hymns and Holy Communion, held on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month.

10 am An all age worshiping community featuring a mix of contemporary and traditional songs. Children and youth ministries run during school terms for 3 Sundays each month. Holy Communion is celebrated twice a month. Morning tea is available after both services.

Mainly Music 
A fun interactive music and movement session for pre-schoolers and their parents/caregivers. Held on Monday mornings from 10am -11.30am during school terms. Cost is $5 per family. Morning tea is provided 
 
SPARKZ 
SPARKZ is our Children’s and Youth program held on Sunday mornings during the 10am service. Children can expect fun, games, craft, sharing, exploring Bible stories and God’s plan for us and the world. Sparkz is held during school terms on 3 Sundays in each month.  
Our children and youth are invited to participate in a special drama production each Christmas. Preparations take place during Sparkz in term 4.  
SPARKZ Spectacular Sleepover 
A 24 hour ‘camp-in’ for 7-12 year olds aimed at helping children to grow in faith in Christ, have fun and build friendships.  

Clare Valley Youth  
Youth group for grade 7-12s includes fun social activities plus faith discussion, food and friendship! We meet fortnightly on Friday nights during the school term. 
 

Prayer group 
Prayer group meets on Tuesday mornings at the church to pray through the Psalms and for situations of need. 
 
Pastoral Care 
We seek to be a church which expresses genuine concern for each other and builds each other up. We run the Pastoral Partners program which ensures every member has someone who is looking out for them. These are not trained professionals but ordinary people with a love for God and others. 
 
Small groups 
We value the importance of meeting together in small groups to study the word, build each other up in faith and care for one another. We have a range of small groups that meet regularly during the school term. These include: 
Women’s group at Clare UC: Thursdays from 10am-11.30am  
Women’s group at Clare UC: Tuesdays 3pm—4.30pm  
Plus a variety of groups meeting at night in peoples homes 
 
Fabulous Fridays (mature age social group meeting twice a month)   
10.30am— 12pm
